Audio Samples: Youth Zone Radio
Youth Zone Radio was an internet radio station which I set up and managed until I went to university in 2004. It encouraged young people in Kettering, particularly disadvantaged ones, to get involved in radio, giving them studio and basic journalistic training them giving them a weekly live programme.
These clips were recorded during the University top-up fees debate, which the audience was greatly interested in.

Interview with Philip Hollobone - May 2004
Kettering prospective MP (Conservative) Philip Hollobone came into the studio for an interview about top-up fees.

A montage of audio recorded during and after the vote in the House of Commons, which voted in top-up fees by the narrowest of margins - just five votes in it.
