Audio Samples: Luton FM

Luton FM (now LaB Radio) is the student station for the University of Bedfordshire.

I was involved in the station for all three years during my course, and in the final year was selected to be a manager of the station, the results of which made up a large majority of my first-class degree result.

These samples are both from May 2007, when I presented a travel programme on the station.

Couchsurfing Interview

CouchSurfing invites travellers all around the world to offer their spare bed or sofa to visitors to their town or city. This cuts costs on hotel bills and encourages international friendships. In this interview, I speak to Ray, a local CouchSurfing user, about his experience using the service. He even bought with him a guest who was staying with him at the time!

TribeWanted Interview

I spoke to TribeWanted, a project inviting people to contribute to the building of, and get the chance to stay on, a Pacific island (apologies for the poor recorded sound quality).
